Description
This is a fully customized UI from inside out. Usable by every class and spec. It is built off of ElvUI and has several LUA edits and custom textures.

I will post a video soon demonstrating the UI. Pictures do not do it justice.

Installation:
If you have installed addon packs before skip to step 7 after installing.
(Please backup all files before overwriting)

Unzip OPUI

Drag or copy the interface folder into your *\World of Warcraft folder.
Drag or copy the WTF folder into your *\World of Warcraft folder.
Open the new *\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account folder.
Change the folder titled "YourAccountName" to your account name. (ie. WoW, WoW1)
Open that folder and change the folder titled "YourServerName" to your server name.
Open that folder and change the folder titled "YourCharacterName" to your character's name.
Open World of Warcraft and log on to your character.
ElvUI will ask you to setup. Click Skip Process. This will automatically reload your UI.
Press escape to get to the game menu and click "Addons".
At the bottom left you will see a button named "Sets". Click that and if you are a Rogue select the set titled "OPUI". If you are not a Rogue, select the set titles "OPUI DPS" and press the button "Reload UI"
When returned to the game, press Enter to type a command.
If you are a Rogue, type /reflux switch OPUI
If you are not a Rogue, simply copy bar 5 exactly how bar 6 is including anchors (opposite anchors with - sign).
When returned to the game, enter the command /fx and press enter.
In the ForteXorcist menu, click the second tab on the top that says Opacus / Kel'thuzad.

You should be finished. By the rare chance you do not see the line design connecting the chats and CD timeline, type "/kgpanels config" to open up KGPanels. Go to profiles and where it says copy from, select OPUI from the drop down.

Since I hide a lot of my action bars, to set binds you are going to need to enable all action bars, place your spells and create your keybinds then disable them. It is very easy to do by simply pressing the C under the mini map and click the Action bar tab on the left.

Action bar 1 appears only when on a vehicle. In order to place abilities and binds on this bar and keep this action; simply copy the string in the 'Visibility' text field, restore the bar to default, enter your abilities and binds, paste the string back in the visibility option then click accept.

Notes
Even though non-Rogue setup is titled OPUI DPS, it still can be easily used by any class. If you are a healer and/or tank and want to move around the raid/party frames you can easily do this by pressing the C on the bottom of the map and clicking toggle anchors.

I hope your enjoy my setup and I will be updating this when I feel I have made enough changes to do so. If you have any questions, suggestions or feedback--feel free to post here. I will respond ASAP.

If you are not a Rogue, it would be best to disable my Weak Auras configuration.

Change log for 5.1

Updated ElvUI to v5.04 and re-organized the UI profile from scratch.
Moved the core of the UI down to allow for more room in prime viewing areas. (this will probably stay this way. It is in a perfect position in my opinion).
Changed text to look more unified and easier to read within the unit frames.
Changed the health colors. They no longer changed based on value. This was adding too many different color elements and was causing (for me at least) the UI to look cluttered and confusing. Health and Power texts color still change based on value.
Changed the power color for all classes besides Warrior. Having a unified color in the Power Bar made the UI look a lot more clean and sticks to the color scheme and theme.
Increased the font size on CC auras above nameplates.
Pet frames now appear above the target's target frame and the pet's target is above his. Very unified and looks good.
The cast bar that is attached to the power bar is recolored. Black with a gold spark signifies interrupt-able casts now. It looks way sleeker.
Remove KGPanels mid left and mid right boxes and aligned the CD timeline with exact precision.
Replaced the icons with Clean Icons - Crisp
Changed the action bars to be closer to the CD timeline and flow better.
Changed the spell color that appears on the CD timeline.
Added a much requested addon (in other profiles) called "Hermes". The addon shows important raid wide cool-downs such as important tank and healer abilities. This is a highly saught after addon since it shows how many CDs and which ones are available even before they are cast. I fully customized it and it is currently configured for a DPS to see who fucked up in the raid. You can add/remove any spells you want specific to your role by simply typing /hermes config.
Rogue Specific: Unified the combo bar so when it is idle it looks more sleek and it is now easier to tell when you have 5 combo points.

Big thanks to Elv and Blazeflack for letting me use ElvUI and the ElvUI plugins in this interface.

Future Features:
Each icon editted to support the color scheme of the theme
Tank and Healer setups (UI can easily be used now, but I would like to have seperate profiles eventually)
