It is highly recommended not to delete or move your WTF folder if you want to use this feature.
It's Best to just make a copy of the WTF folder you want to back it up yourself.

Installer/Game Instructions

Step 1 : MOVE the INTERFACE folder out of the WoW folder. We need the WoW folder to not have that folder inside.
Step 2 : Copy the Contents of the Zip file into the WoW folder (overwrite if asked).
Step 3 : Rename the folders in the WTF folder to your account name / server name / character name
Step 4 : While in game load up the correct profiles
