HopeUI is an edit of Haleth's FreeUI. His work is amazing, and this is an edit to fit my own needs.
These changes include:
Larger minimap and moved to default Blizzard location.
Moved buffs to default Blizzard location.
Changed class colors to default Blizzard colors.
Changed font to the "normal" style instead of pixel style.
Added debuffs to top of plates.
Slightly increased size of resource bars.
Added 3D character models for player and target.
Added some healing-related spells to raid and party frames, including Rejuvenation Germination, Wild Growth, Barkskin, Clarity of Will and Beacon of Insight.
How to install
Download the UI package.
Close WoW.
Navigate to your World of Warcraft directory and back up your Fonts (might not exist), Interface and WTF folders.
Unpack the .zip file and move the Fonts, Interface and WTF folders into your WoW directory.
Open the newly moved WTF folder and:
Rename YOURACCOUNT to the name of your account.
Rename YOURSERVER to the name of your server.
Rename YOURCHARACTER to the name of your character.
Load up WoW, and if things don't look right, type /reflux switch Hope or manually switch to the Hope profile for individual addons.
Enjoy!

FreeUI includes a lot of nice quality-of-life improvements. Zzz indicates rested, P indicates PvP flagged, and ! is for in combat. There is auto-repair, auto-sell-junk and auto-get-mail. The panel on the bottom gives access to spec switching and other interface options.
The Ovale rotation will work for every class and spec except for balance druid, and it's very helpful to cut down on screen clutter.
Weak Auras can be uninstalled if you do not want to have the 3D model portraits. Other addons can be uninstalled or replaced by your own preferred addons.
Type /freeui heal or /freeui dps to switch between raid layouts.
All addons are up-to-date as of Jan 3 2015.
